All orders over £45 are sent with a free Tracked Royal Mail Service

We are no longer responsible for a parcel after it has been given to Royal Mail and proof of postage obtained; however we maintain high level of caring customer service. Refunds can only be issued once returned back to us. 

Regarding deliveries outside United Kingdom, additional custom fees and taxes may be applied and remain at the customer's expense. Customers must be contactable by customs.  A valid local to delivery contact phone number and email must be provided before any overseas orders can be sent (this is courier and customs purposes only).

DUE TO SIGNIFICANT ISSUES SENDING PARCELS TO IRELAND PARCELS ARE SENT AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK AND SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Customer telephone and email information needs to be provided before we can release the parcel to a courier company.

We no longer ship to Mexico. Other countries may be added to this list at our discretion.

Any prices quoted within product pages, description or on social media may not be valid. These are the correct delivery charges and free delivery options. These are due to higher tracking shipping costs which we simply cannot cover otherwise, but still enables overseas purchases should you wish.

There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.
