Returns

If you are unhappy with your goods (*Exclusions Apply) you can return headwear to us unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels and in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt to request a full refund. After 7 days, a credit code will applied to your account. Postage costs are non-refundable.

*NO REFUNDS ON FACE MASKS UNLESS PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH EMILIENNE VIA EMAIL  - REFUNDS ON FACE MASKS IS AT OUR DISCRETION ONLY. Please contact us via email to discuss a return on info@boldbeanies.co.uk. Face Masks must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels and in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt to request a full refund. When trying on your Bold Beanies headwear and face coverings please make sure you are not wearing make-up or perfume as we are unable to refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear.

Exchanges:
Please contact us directly is you wish to make an exchange. This may not always be possible, but we will always try to help. If unsure, please order your replacement items and send unwanted beanies back for a refund.

We are not responsible for return postage to us unless in the exceptional circumstance an item is faulty or your order is incorrect.

Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us.

We aim to process returns within 48 hrs of receipt but this time may be longer during busy periods.
Refunds will be re-credited to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order usually within 3/5 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods.

Please note that some Banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount.
Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be re-credited to the original purchaser.

Return of SALE goods:
Discounted goods will only be refunded to the value of the Sale / Promotional value.
Refunds will be re-credited as per above Returns Procedure.
